Viper is a 4year old, American Quarter Horse shown in Reining.

He has been occasionally “off” ever since he was a weanling. In 2014, Viper was diagnosed with navicular. We have attempted several treatments, all with varying degrees of success. Nothing has shown a change in him as quickly as the acupuncture therapy with Dr. Christine. I am hopeful this will be our “go to” therapy to keep Viper more sound and happy. Dr. Woodford has been using electro acupunture to treat Viper’s navicular pain. Electro acupuncture uses electricity (provided by a 9-volt battery) to electrically stimulate the area where the needle is inserted.
